technology review on innovation in spain

Some browsings ago I found this series of articles on technology innovation in spain. While these articles look too optimistic to me (spains economical increase is mostly based on real estate market, and many believe this is a bubble!) they are nevertheless an interesting read. It's actually surprising to see spain referred to as a "technololgy leader" as the general impression is that spanish tech used not to be too reliable. Maybe this is changing, but inferring from the drop in exigency that I've experienced in tech universities in spain as of late, this is hard to believe to me. Anyway, independent of what the outside impression is, I guess the important is here is to be demanding with oneself.
